The App provides nutritional information and meal planning suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or specific dietary needs.
Nutritional data is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database and AI-powered estimation. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that macro or calorie information is completely accurate. You are responsible for verifying nutritional information when precision is important.
The App uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to parse recipes, estimate food macros from text and photos, and generate meal plans. AI-generated content may contain errors. You should review all AI-generated recipes, nutritional estimates, and meal plans before relying on them.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the App (recipes, food logs, photos). By using features that send data to our server (recipe import, food photo scanning), you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not store your content on our servers after processing.
The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Dave Campbell. Recipes imported from third-party sources (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) remain the intellectual property of their original creators.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or its server-based features.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dave Campbell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
We may restrict or terminate your access to the App's server-based features if you violate these Terms or abuse the service (e.g., exceeding rate limits).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
